Synopsis:
Sale pages are typically designed to meet business goals and align with individual brand communications, however, it is also important to consider how users perceive and engage with the information presented during sales. This is particularly critical during peak sale periods for E-commerce businesses like Nykaa. At the same time, to ensure a seamless and efficient sales process across multiple platforms, it is necessary to re-examine the internal systems and structures that support the sale workflow. This includes redesigning the internal tool to enable more streamlined processes and improving the overall structure to optimize efficiency. By undertaking this investigation and redesign, we can better understand the user experience and identify strategies to enhance it while maintaining consistency and a seamless experience across all platforms.
