The team reinvented its customer journey, displays, and visual communication while improving the overall retail experience and helping the brand stand out from the competition. We identified 4 principles to create the ideal retail experience: Enhancing Effectiveness, Efficiency, Engagement, and Memorability. Based on the research and finding our first campaign was focused on celebrating stories of India through furniture pieces.
