Jubilant FoodWorks Limited, India’s largest foodservice company, holds exclusive rights to popular brands like Domino's Pizza, Popeyes, Dunkin' Donuts, and more. While social commerce has rapidly grown in sectors like fashion and beauty, its adoption in the food industry has been slower. Challenges include lower consumer intent to buy food on social media, concerns about product authenticity, and issues with delivery times and information. This project aims to enhance customer engagement, drive consistent audience growth, increase average order value, and improve retention—key elements of Jubilant's strategy in the evolving digital commerce landscape. Achieving these goals requires a deep understanding of customer behavior and preferences in a competitive market. By addressing these complex needs, Jubilant FoodWorks can leverage social commerce to boost customer interaction and generate new revenue streams. The project explores how social commerce can influence food industry decision-making, positioning Jubilant for success in the new digital engagement era.
