This project details a six-month design journey, focusing on developing a unique Bathleisure concept at Trident Group. The project aimed to address emerging trends in the textile industry by creating a bathrobe collection that balanced functionality, innovation, and aesthetic appeal. Through research, sampling, and prototyping, the project explored various fabric blends, including terry and non-terry designs, to meet the needs of both eco-conscious consumers (B2C) and wellness brands (B2B). The collection was aligned with the growing demand for sustainable products in the bath linen industry, incorporating zero-waste patterns to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce waste. Lightweight non-terry prototypes were developed to cater to consumer preferences for lightweight robes. Additionally, the project included the development of a cohesive brand identity, covering logos, labels, photoshoots, catalogues, and packaging design. This collection aimed to help Trident expand from bath and bed linen into the broader wellness, loungewear, and sleepwear market.
