Walmart follows set patterns and trajectories that have been refined over the years to manage the supply chain flow. These processes are so embedded in the system that experimentation for optimization poses a huge business risk. Testing out new processes or optimizing existing ones becomes a challenge. Hence, there is a need for a space where such ideas can be tested out, just like in the real warehouse space but with no fear of failure orĀ risksĀ involved.
