The project focused on analyzing and enhancing the iCredit tool used by Credit Suisse for Lombard and mortgage loan processing. A comprehensive evaluation of the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) was conducted to identify areas for improvement. The goal was to streamline the user journey, enhance key features, and improve loan processing efficiency. User research, usability testing, and iterative design were employed to gather feedback, address pain points, and make design recommendations. Key improvements included optimizing the dashboard layout, clarifying information presentation, and refining navigation to reduce cognitive load. Additional opportunities for refining the tool were identified, such as integrating real-time market insights and enhancing system integration. Future plans include incorporating advanced data visualization, more intuitive workflows, and adaptive design to better meet user needs, ultimately improving user satisfaction and loan processing efficiency at Credit Suisse.
