In the dynamic world of recruitment, scheduling forms the backbone of successful interactions between recruiters, candidates, and interviewers. However, the current process is riddled with challenges. From coordinating multiple stakeholders' timings to managing unexpected changes, recruiters often find themselves juggling various tools, leading to cognitive strain and potential errors. Such oversights not only hamper productivity but can also tarnish an organization's reputation.
The primary goal of this graduation project is to address the complex issues in the hiring process. By diving deep into existing pain points and understanding the nuances of the hiring process, the aim to design a solution that streamlines scheduling, mitigates errors, and enhances the overall experience for everyone involved using AI capabilities. The final solution includes features like bulk scheduling candidates, ability to assign interviewers at any point, accessibility enhancements, giving live status of schedules, and candidates being able to select their preferred slots. As a graduation project, this work aims to bridge the gap between academic understanding and real-world challenges, providing a tangible solution that has the potential to change the hiring process.
