This graduation project explores and expands glass-forming techniques learned at NID to create high-quality products for Ayush Kasliwal Design Pvt. Ltd. in Jaipur. The project has three phases. The first phase focused on light fixture design, leading to two product ranges: one using stained glass for intricate sculptural pieces and another using fabric for a cost-effective alternative. The second phase involved creating glass drinkware using flameworking, collaborating with local artisans to develop unique product lines. The third phase integrated technology with traditional glass craftsmanship, resulting in a market-ready product that aligns with the brand’s identity and is easy to produce. This project showcases how traditional glass techniques can be combined with modern design principles to create luxurious, bespoke products for a discerning market.
