During my GM Modular internship, I conducted extensive research, identified areas for improvement, and presented findings to Mr. Jayanti Jain, the Managing Director. As the first in-house exhibition designer, I aimed to enhance the company's design identity.
This led to the main project of Designing GM Modular's stall for ACETECH 2022 Mumbai.
For the ACETECH project, I incorporated GM Modular's brand persona and proposed two design concepts based on the golden ratio and Fibonacci sequence. Traditional architectural styles and the mandala design concept influenced my approach, with the goal of creating a welcoming ambience.
This internship provided hands-on experience, collaborating with the team on a real project. Despite being my first commercial setting experience, the supportive team allowed me to lead the project from start to on-site execution. I gained valuable project management skills, including material handling and on-site problem-solving.
In summary, my GM Modular internship equipped me with practical skills for project execution and on-site challenges, offering insights and expertise in design and exhibition management.
