This self-directed project reflects my professional growth while addressing critical challenges in India’s Electric Vehicle (EV) servicing ecosystem. Despite the FAME Policy accelerating the industry since 2015, the electric two-wheeler market is projected to reach 5 million units by 2025 and 9 million by 2030. However, the servicing sector remains plagued by issues of transparency, quality, and convenience. This project proposes an innovative service ecosystem designed specifically for 2 Wheeler EV users, enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting industry expansion. Through extensive research on servicing gaps and user needs, practical solutions have been developed to improve service efficiency and accessibility. The study also explores future innovations in EV maintenance, contributing to a more streamlined, user-centric approach. By aligning with the evolving industry landscape, this project envisions a service model that not only meets current demands but also anticipates future advancements in India’s growing EV sector.
