“Yellidira Sir?” - Ride Tracking Experience in Mobility App is a project that is dedicated to improving the user experience within the Rapido app post ride-assignment. Addressing both fundamental usability concerns identified through heuristic evaluation and specific issues related to driver intent transparency, pickup location challenges, and continuous app monitoring, this project aims to alleviate user anxiety.
The approach involves the development of a comprehensive feedback mechanism for user pickup locations and driver real-time updates, aimed at creating a more user-friendly experience. Additionally, the project introduces a ride tracking feature that provides essential driver location information without requiring users to open the app or unlock their phones.
