Walmart focuses on expanding its manufacturing division inside the US to create an unmatched system that allows it to deliver consistent quality and value and provide customers with high-quality products.
With the rise of the Internet of Things (IoT) and measurable devices, Walmart collects data at each stage of the manufacturing process. Although data is segmented across applications and users, there is an opportunity for Walmart to consolidate this data to track the end-to-end supply chain in one place.

This project involves the study of the end-to-end manufacturing process of the beef supply chain, encompassing the various stages and facilities involved in this process. Ultimately, it proposes an end-to-end solution to track and trace Walmart's manufacturing process.
This solution allows category managers to monitor various aspects of the supply chain, including quality, quantity, and availability. The solution assists users in inventory planning and resolving issues related to deviations and irregularities in the process. This solution would enable Walmart to provide customers with the highest quality and product availability, allowing them to shop whenever and wherever.
