This is an illustrated book, based on the scenario and cultural backdrop of Kerala. A tempting flower grows in an overgrown, abandoned garden in a small town in Kerala. What happens if you pluck it? Which world would you fall into, and can you ever come back? Or is that world what you want?
This book speaks about our roots, our nature, our identity, and our loss—the degradation of nature and its wholesomeness—which opens up a space of discussion for the little ones. The objective is to implant the seed of empathy in their little minds, so that it may grow within as they grow older. For elders it is reminiscent, to feel challenged or regretful. But hopefully, these two generations could have great discussions, facing the reality that we are in an endangered era. The book mainly looks forward to creating an all-inclusive environment for the coming generations.
