This graduation project documentation focuses on framing human-centric guidelines for workplaces. The objective of these guidelines is to ease the designer's life, enhance the appropriateness of practice, and bring efficiency and consistency in design. The guidelines describe best practices and thus makes it easier for a designer to make the correct choice. The work starts by understanding what environmental graphics, installations, placemaking, wayfinding and signages are and how they influence the workplaces, followed by several site visits and user interviews. These findings help structure the guidelines. The visual journey starts with studying several elements of Publication design such as grids and layouts, typography, imagery, colour, form, etc. which further help conceptualize the visual language. This graduation project imparted the student with great learning, specifically in the domain of exploring visually, solidifying and translating research and keywords to a tangible book which provokes thinking and action.
