Brand Design: ‘Svaas’ is a smartphone application that provides healthcare insurance for Outpatient Departments. Health insurance has always been an exhaustive experience for users. In order to recuperate money spent on treatments, one must deal with massive volumes of paperwork after overcoming personal health difficulties. Svaas, an app solution to the problem, simplifies this problem. To enable a streamlined and enjoyable outpatient experience, Svaas connects doctors, pharmacists, laboratories, and insurance providers.This project aims to create a delightful and hassle-free brand experience for a holistic healthcare solution. The project highlights both the challenges and innovative approaches involved in naming the brand, identifying the target market, developing a stronger brand idea, and creating a captivating brand. The project sees a further Expansion into the Svaas universe, with a comprehensive brand language on digital and print platforms. This was crucial for establishing a consistent and recognisable presence in the market.
Publication Design: ‘Book of Now’ is an ongoing limited edition series crafted by us to showcase Studio 5b's approach to designing for healthcare in the 21st century. Book of Now, Alivius is a case study on design solutions developed for cancer patients in Brazil. For Alivius, there are two volumes: one covers the study on the ground level, and the second book is about building the Alivius brand experience. The project shows the process of the book cover design, designing the two publications with a cohesive grid system, a book casing to hold the two books and finally seeing it through to production.
The final task required an identity design for Dr Reddy's Laboratories' internal studio, Studio 5b. By combining the studio's identity with the distinguishing aspects of healthcare innovation and the parent brand, we created a powerful internal brand that connects with both the team and the clients.
