This project focuses on building a deep understanding of common components used across Salesforce Industries Team India and promoting their reuse in business use cases while designing products in different industry sectors. These components are design patterns designed and developed by Salesforce Industries Team India. Any common component is designed such that it can be reused in different industries and tweaked depending on the need of the business use case. Since Salesforce Industries has multiple Industry verticals, the intent is to set a documentation framework for easy component consumption and contribution by the Salesforce Industries team.
As the Salesforce Industries clouds extend their scope into more humane, time & location-sensitive solutions, the key intent is to have an efficient and seamless scheduling and appointment-booking experience for end customers and service providers. This experience enables businesses to build lasting relationships with new & existing customers by providing remarkable service and provides an ideal experience to the end-users by achieving their needs and goals effectively.
