Ms. Archee Gupta believes that these are still early days for Artificial Intelligence/ Machine Learning. However, now is the time to rethink how humans and machines interact within working environments, and what they can achieve together in the AI-fuelled organization of the future. It is evident that early adopters will gain a market advantage over their peers. Therefore, the adoption of AI is critical to realizing the full potential of AI across the organization.
Implementation and adoption of AI is definitely a challenging process. One of the challenges is the inability to find the appropriate AI module for usage, which can partially be attributed to limited awareness amongst users about the possibilities that AI has to offer. This is where Salesforce Einstein Explore comes in. The objective of Einstein Explore is to bridge this gap of finding the most appropriate AI module by aligning the user’s intent with business goals to give targeted results. Within the process of this project this student of Design for Retail Experience has explored this complex and vital world, and found growth and learning along the way.
