That one must have access to clothes that seamlessly fit one’s body is the thought behind this project. It involved designing an end-to-end digital experience from body measurements to virtual draping and pattern drafting process along with production automation. Via a design-intense process, mass personalisation was introduced where the customers would receive ready-to-wear bespoke, customised garments which would be designed by them on the same day. The design process behind this delivery included: research, service design and integration, and organisational and process design. The solution encompassed both the front and back ends of the company. To further highlight this, the design journey included: contextual understanding, extensive market and competitor study, and secondary and primary research that eventually translated into a new service design.
