Habitude is a mobile application that builds behavior change for a growth mindset, keeping in mind a leader's goals and motivations on a professional and personal front. This application aims to ingrain pre-established essential virtues of the organization to drive a growth mindset among the leaders through gamification. It aims to inculcate this attitude in the leaders, which must further trickle down into the organization through them. It was developed by utilizing the elements of gamification and behavioral design to alter human behavior and use incentives effectively to motivate leaders to perceive and integrate positive behaviors into their sense of self. It provides constant little nudges to access their behavior consciously and pushes them to live these virtues on an everyday basis. The app was designed to be mindful of the fact that leaders within the same organization often see and handle situations differently. Efforts were made to subtly nudge the leaders to practice a virtue until it becomes a part of one's daily routine and subconscious.
