Each Forbes Marshall’s product have manual which are critical for the CSD Engineers, Plant operator’s and Plant maintenance engineer to use as a guidelines that allows them to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain the products. These Forbes Marshall’s products such as Flashjet pump, Burner, pumping trap, boilers etc are used widely in different sectors for manufacturing and production of many critical products such as medicines, chemicals, processed foods, dairy, cement , etc., that
requires high precision and control. The manuals help the stakeholders to maintain the uptime of the products. Therefore keeping the criticality of the end products in mind the manuals has to be designed in such a manner that it inform, guide, enlighten, educate, train and help the stakeholders so that they can use Forbes Marshalls products most efficiently.
The student Sanjay Kumar says that this project has been an exciting journey and his document is a culmination of the entire process, progress, explorations and failures and an attempt to find creative and innovative solutions.
