The aim of this project is to come up with a strategic solution for OLX Autos ecosystem. This project revolves around developing a service/journey for a used car marketplace that is beneficial for major stakeholders of OLX Autos.
Firstly, the project involves understanding current business and its advantages and drawbacks in different markets. The market study also involves the impact of COVID-19 on OLX Autos as well as on the global marketplace. OLX Autos' north star vision is to become the trusted partner for car buyers and sellers and give them peace of mind with every transaction they make on OLX Autos. Keeping that vision in mind, the objective is to understand the market and do in-depth trend analysis in the used car transaction business. The major challenge is to find out pain points that might drag down not just their own journey but in the short/long run, other stakeholders' journey as well. On zooming out and looking at the bigger picture, it becomes easier to understand and gain new insights.
In summary, this project is an effort to understand the pain points of every stakeholder involved and create a meaningful solution that can solve bigger issues rather than addressing pain points individually.
This project has become more meaningful and made the journey exciting during the graduation project period and this document is an apex of the entire journey, progress, doubts, explorations, learnings and an attempt to make meaningful experiences.
