Technology has seeped into most industries increasing their efficiency and improving experiences; likewise, the insurance industry too has observed a similar technology boom thus leading to the evolution of InsurTech companies. With this shift, insurance agents are transitioning from their traditional ways of selling insurance to a more sophisticated, techology-enabled process. This project is an attempt to nurture agents in an InsurTech organisation. The strategies designed in this project enable an InsurTech organisation to recruit and retain promising insurance agents while empowering them to thrive in the new-age insurance industry.
