Currently, software is known to bridge the gap between various microtasks, workflows, and scenarios. Therefore, there is a need for more software and since availability of an IT team always remains a constraint, it has become necessary to go codeless. Therefore, it would be helpful to have a miniapp builder that unbundles business workflows end-to-end, cover a wide range of scenarios that do not require any coding knowhow, and are easy to deploy across Microsoft’s key productivity hubs. The objective of this project is to empower the business users to easily create customised applications based on their daily requirements so as to enhance the collaborative productivity of their team even when on the go. During the course of the project the student was responsible for understanding the target audience; identifying problem areas in the current market; gauging opportunities and insights from interviews; coming up with concepts and ideation; and developing low and high fidelity mockups for preliminary user testing and validation of concepts.
