This project focuses on a trading platform that leverages technology to bring solutions that help and support traders in their business. Research gave an insight into product offerings which were strategised and then mapped in the product roadmap. This helped envision how the product will mature with time and continue to provide a meaningful user experience to its customers. Some of the problems that became apparent from the research were: malpractices happening in the marketplace due to lack of transparency, people being apprehensive, lack of confidence in using the app, the app catering to only certain demographics, and its being non-inclusive in nature. The strategy formulated was to focus on relationship building as it becomes the foundation for trust and security. The pillars supporting healthy relationships can empower users by providing them the right information at the right time that would help them make decisions and enable them with the ability to take action. This would ensure trust and security by providing protection for the users’ business development.
