Factors that contribute to growth in the food industry; namely the quality of food, commerce, technology and design, design strategy, and design language were all kept in mind while doing this project; this helped design the space and products accordingly. The project study was conducted at Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. From an understanding of the study, a sincere attempt to create a unique space experience for user groups was derived upon. While strategising and researching, various ideas related to space aesthetics and products came up. Ideation and development of the products were done simultaneously with the interiors. These ideas led to the setting up of different systems for the mass manufacturing and supply of the products whenever needed. The space was designed based on the food culture of Varanasi, everyday objects, locally available and used material, local craft and artisans, climatic conditions, and competitions.
