Mother Dairy has always been associated with innovation and setting benchmarks in the Dairy Industry and in the field of Dairy products. The brief for his Graduation project was to "Design a C.O.W - Cart on wheels for Mother dairy" with no preconceived solutions in the beginning. The first part of the project brief given by Mother Dairy was to simplify and redesign the already existing 'Cart On Wheel' (COW) module and come up with a new design in the direction of a much contemporary aesthetic for progressive smart customer groups who want better experiences with the current services available across all its platforms and are ready to pay a good price for it.
After the research phase, he tried redefining the initial project brief to something much more explanatory and elaborate - "To restructure and redesign all aspects of the current COW model to create a superior experience and reposition it for the premium segment for door to door facility". The aim was to make sure that the brief explains the major goals for the project and clearly states the elements of focus during the tenure of this project.
The concepts were narrowed down to a trike design for the Cart on Wheels with new design elements for their upcoming door-to-door brand Segment. The Design was created with an understanding of the company’s budget and their capacity to incorporate new trends in the new Cart Module. The mother dairy team was very clear in their feedback about what they want to go ahead with and what resonates with their vision for the campaign. The finalized module would not become an alien In terms of design for the current customer groups but also would encourage the new customer segments to interact with the Design as well.
