This film is a reminder to introspect and ponder over the amount of lies being peddled to children. This film is a representation of the influence of lies and blind beliefs that are being fed to the younger generation and its serious, long-lasting repercussions. This is the story of pure friendship, innocence, and imagination. Aami realises that her friend, Meenu, is not coming to school and she asks her mother about her arrival. But the mother escapes from her questions every time she asks about Meenu. Aami recollects the stories that her grandmother told her and she imagines that Meenu who was lost in a river must have become a fish and is living there. Aami makes multiple attempts to reach Meenu, but she fails. Finally, she reaches the river with the help of her mother and she finds joy. Through this film, the student aspires to take the innocence and nostalgia and the beliefs and dreams of his village into the outside world.
