This project navigates through vicissitudes of changing briefs precipitated by the epochal shift due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Starting from innovating an Experience Centre for ValueLabs, then designing a virtual event, and ultimately to designing a virtual exhibition for the ValueLabs website—each project was tailored according to its structure, need, and final deliverable. The document highlights the design process by emphasising trends, effecting intense research, conducting interviews and workshops, generating insights, and creating visual graphics to arrive at a plausible solution for individual projects. The thesis inquires into the future of exhibitions, experiences, and events—all of which have transitioned from physical space to cyberspace. Design thinking speculates a viable solution for the present times and those to come and its implications on the behaviour of consumers and facilitators.
