This project aimed to contextualise and create design solutions for knowledge-based selling (KBS) for two HUL home care brands: Comfort Fabric Conditioner and Love & Care Expert Care Wash. The project entailed understanding the product, the product science, incorporating technical insights from research and development, and visualizing stories of the product science in ways that are effective at communicating the benefits. The design process followed context building, research and analysis, visual exploration, design development, refining the final deliverables and documentation. The direction taken was to create storyboards and other visual assets that communicate the benefits of each product, which can be adapted to different mediums as per the future requirements of HUL. The final deliverables were storyboards, interactive prototypes and other visual assets for Comfort and Love & Care.
