This story is about a journey of a young Indian woman, getting over the sudden demise of her boyfriend, on whom she had been very dependent while living in a foreign land.
Ruh is super excited to go on a trip with Sammy. Due to the lockdown, she hasn’t been anywhere recently and they are stuck inside the house. But, Sammy suddenly cancels the plan because of his friend’s wedding in India. On one hand he asks Ruh to go solo on this trip, but on the other, he mocks her ability to do so. Ruh doesn’t want to go without him, thus they decide that they will go once Sammy comes back from India after two months.
Then one year later, Ruh is getting ready for a trip by herself and Sammy is trying to help her. Ruh doesn’t want his help, but Sammy insists. Ruh thinks about why Sammy is present in her mind all the time, even though he has never returned from India. Why does she talk to him and keep him alive in her head? Then she gradually comes to terms with the whole thing and prepares to leave the house.
