The ecosystem for the mobility of the future is in a nascent stage and is stemming into multiple directions driven by various factors. Not all of it, including infrastructure and market maturity is taking place at a pace required to keep up with the trends. This project aims to study the factors that are likely to affect the way the world moves ten years down the line and what developments could be seen in the area of personal electric mobility. The goal is to study the changing food habits in the ecosystem of food delivery dominated by electric vehicles, pinpoint challenges, and identify a market fit for the first scooter in the portfolio of the client. There are two dimensions to this, one that deals with designing a product in the given engineering and market constraints and another, which takes into account the systematic factors that would affect how the future of data and IoT could affect the businesses that are created around the product.
