Well-B is a wellness platform for the workplace. It focuses on sensitising employees related to sexual harassment, bullying, and other types of harassment in workplaces. The platform consists of 8 chapters with multiple narratives concentrating on harassment. The narratives are choice-based with different endings; the choices help in creating an analytical report for the employers to know the wellness of their work environment and the company's pain points.
The platform helps create a gender-sensitive environment and empathy among the employees.
