SplashMath started to work in an Indian Ed-tech environment and their goal was to understand the current education trends, gaps, and needs. The student's goal is to give a shared understanding of all these 3 personas and their basic needs at the current time. Students ranging from tier 1 cities to tier 3 and rural India. Creating a product that caters to the need of all these students is crucial if a firm wants to acquire a significant amount of user base. Also learning patterns of students and buying patterns of parents play an important role in the success of any ed-tech product. SplashMath also wants to work on creating a user-friendly platform for teachers for easy content distribution. In the second part of the project, the student's goal is to Inform and educate the content creation and product team about the Student-Parent-Teacher relationship in an ed-tech scenario and conduct a research study to help develop high-quality content to fulfill the needs of Indian students. For the content creation team, it is important to be aligned with the need and want of students than create high-quality cinematically perfected content. The mindset shift of the content team and the teachers who were presenting in front of the camera played an important role in unlocking the understanding of content creation within the team and helped them optimize the ongoing effort. The team maintained the sustained video evaluation method throughout their early sprints to be aligned with the user's needs.
