The official sponsor, Cub McPaws, is a premium kidswear brand and their initial brief was to design a complementary toy or game for kids (complementary or freebie with the direct purchase of kids' wear). It was like a surprise toy for kids inside the package.
The holistic approach seems like a marketing strategy, for successful sales of kid's wear and attracting kids through complimentary toys or games. The working structure and stakeholders of Cub McPaws are clear. There is a gap between the client's needs and wants. The client's need is to progressively increase possible sales and wants to deliver free toys for kids, which could not be possible.
To identify the opportunity, it needs to study the Indian kidswear market, and the e-commerce market and also recognize what is required to increase the sales of kid's wear. The analysis of the market study and kids' activities shows the impact of digital gadgets for long hours on kids' shows, which has become a genuine concern for parents and teachers.
This ambitious project is about designing a package for a Cub McPaws to deliver the kid's wear (product) and also developing creative activities for kids that can stimulate them to be curious, exploratory, imaginative, and creative.
