This project attempted to understand the retail fashion market of India. It also gave one many perspectives, knowledge, understanding, and insights into the retail market before introducing relevant changes in the textile industry. This project began with a study into the retail system within the country. Thereafter, a study on different shopping places and customers around Delhi was done. Women’s choices, lifestyle, economic status, preferences, and interests were also researched upon. Various fashion trends, forecasts, articles, and blogs were studied so as to compete with other fashion retailers in the country. The brand's design aesthetics and its working culture were adapted to sync with the system. Data produced from the research was synthesised and keywords were produced as insights. This project could also give one the scope for understanding the customers and providing them with more likeable products through a sustainable system.
