This project aimed at finding solutions to improve user engagement with the service. The education industry is increasingly turning smart with electronic solutions for all the processes embedded in their system. Currently, several services are working to provide solutions to reduce the time taken for each of the processes in the educational system and increase efficiency. The difference in the services currently available out there is based on how well they keep their users engaged with their services. The student designed a gamified product to improve the engagement of the users, that is, students and faculty members, by incorporating game design elements into the e-learning application and tool.
