Exploring Potential Around Multimedia Content and Voice Interactions for Next Set of Market
This project aimed at solving problems faced by women on online platforms like OLX. Qualitative interviews in the high rise residency with varied income strata were done to get an understanding of the users' needs. A detailed empathy map into their journey of buying goods gave birth to a service blueprint. User testing with the actual users helped the product to face the larger audience with confidence.
