Fastrack, a leading brand in the lifestyle accessories space, has been at the forefront of designing products for India’s youth. Fastrack’s philosophy and identity of “Move On” is a testament to how Fastrack evolves with the times to cater to the youth of tomorrow. The project brief was to design a unique and innovative collection of bags for Gen Z girls and a comprehensive report on global trends in the lifestyle accessories space. The trend report has been leveraged extensively for this project and serves as a ready reckoner for future product development at Titan. The initial phase of the design process was research-centric, focusing on establishing a deep understanding of Gen Z across all dimensions and discovering global design trends of 2020. The project entailed creating tech packs & vendor discussions for prototyping of the shortlisted concepts. The final collection of bags is a true reflection of Gen Z’s fluid identities.
