Salesforce is an enterprise solutions company that provides customer relationship management software to some of the leading enterprises around the world. It has also developed industry-specific verticals that seek to address the problems that each industry deals with. Along with such verticals, it also provides horizontal solutions that span all industries such as scheduling and surveys. Salesforce surveys aim to be the go-to service for conducting various surveys for the enterprises currently using the Salesforce ecosystem. Salesforce was interested in creating a product roadmap with a more specific aim to rethink the idea of survey, presenting a fresh approach as it seeks to offer a more integrated solution to its clients. The current Salesforce survey product is en-route to achieving feature parity with its competitors in the enterprise space, and it also seeks to understand the next version of the survey experience.
