This project focused on understanding the brand’s history with a view to developing newer brand narrations evoke a sense of transformation both in the customer experience and product deliverables. Through well-curated strategies that gather insights from market research, workshops, competitive bench-marking, trends and forecasts and user feedback, the aim of the project is to develop a complete roadmap across different platforms of the brand. As part of this project, the student also worked on developing a transformation strategy framework for a brand through holistic business storytelling narrations, keeping in mind the brand’s vision and principles and relevance to its existing customer base. The aim of the project is to induce in brand articulations, which is a newer strategy that best connects to both new and existing audience, staying relevant to the trends, competition, and user needs.
