Smart Two-wheeler for TVS Motor for the Year 2030
The increasing population, the shifting of importance towards safer and sustainable transportation due to saturation and excessive material utilization, and the era of autonomous vehicles just around the corner—in the midst of all this, what exactly is the future of motorcycles? Can one imagine a motorcycle in a sea of autonomous vehicles? It might seem like an anomaly, something manual in the world of automatics, maybe the only way to connect with the inner self. The scope of the project involves examining the present scenario of global trends and how the motorcycle would fit into this world of autonomy and disconnect. It would involve looking into the past and current global trends in terms of technology, social trends, and lifestyle choices of our generation. A detailed study would help decide the design direction for the project. A deeper understanding should enable the design of a new concept segment by itself which would have traits of a motorcycle but also be AI-supported and sustainable, connecting the rider with the machine and vice versa.
