Plastics
Plastic's Pied Piper is an app which encourages users to shop greener in order to reduce plastic pollution while also enabling users to recycle as per their preference and convenience. The name, 'Plastic's Pied Piper' is adopted from the children's story The Pied Piper of Hamelin which shows how the city was traumatised due to rat infestation; similarly, the plastic waste is found everywhere; these are creeping into our food chains and polluting almost the entire globe. In the story, the pied piper plays his flute in various tunes to attract the rats and make them follow him; similarly the app ’Plastic’s Pied Piper’, if tuned to the right call to action, plastic waste would go the place where it gets recycled, reused, or utilised in other forms.
