Reimagining the User Experience and Gamification of HeyMath! E-learning Systems and Products
HeyMath’s mission has always been to upskill every teacher and enable success for all South African learners. Since the launch of their offline application, they've been providing access to world-class methodologies from Singapore, which has benefited thousands of teachers and students in Kwa-Zulu Natal, Free State, Northern Cape, Limpopo, and the Western Cape. The scope of work was to enhance the e-learning experience. This project involved working closely with various stakeholders who fall in the education sector. The project aimed to improve and manage the company's interaction with current and potential customers by enhancing the user experience of the product, improve business relationships with customers specifically focused on customer retention. The focus was also on understanding the design intervention into the varied domains in which e-learning tools play a major role.
