The objective of this project is to set a course for proactive crime fighting as opposed to the existing reactive approach with a focus on rapid response. It aims to empower women by providing them with timely aid in cases of emergencies through an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). It also acts as a force multiplier, to be used for gaining situational awareness. Multiple UAVs build a city-wide network with the VERA nearest to the location of emergency springing into action the instant an SOS alert is received from a woman in need.
