“Those were the Bangalore days”, is a film about the artist Paul Fernandes and the Bangalore Cantonment of the 1970s which he paints and illustrates, reflecting a nostalgic connect with the old Bangalore charm. The charm and identity seen in his paintings seem to be fast disappearing due to changes the city continuously goes through. The film shows a narrative through the spaces and architecture associated with Paul’s paintings, activities, memories of the bygone days, stories and interviews of him.
