This project aims at understanding food as a material that can communicate a story be it to entertain, send across a message or simply a meal. Designing a way of storytelling that is multi-sensorial and aiming to explore the ways in which different senses can perceive a given moment – whether visual, aural, tactile, and in this case even gustatory. It is an attempt to take two different worlds of food and immersive performances, making them communicate stories in a unique form. The possibilities seem endless, but the difficult part is keeping the illusion and bringing the surprise to the table.
