This project is a deep dive into the world of digital wellbeing. It begins with the simple question: what role corporations play in ensuring the overall health and wellbeing of their customers in the creative sector. At what cost should creativity come to people? This project tries to investigate the reasons for creatives to look inwards, placing emphasis on self-care and restraint when it’s so easy to lose ourselves in work. It hopes that approaching the complex dynamic between creatives and their tools in an exploratory way will help unlock interesting discussion around the future of work.
