This project seeks to redefine what a semi-automatic washing machine’s semiotic meaning, while solving the functional difficulties faced while using it. With thorough user research, and imbibing the design philosophy of Whirlpool, this project seeks to redefine the physical form to one which expresses the function and essence of the product, and the brand.
