This project presents an understanding of how to re-set up a system and to create parts contextually, in the exploration of rejoining and repair of looms and working spaces to produce textiles for livelihood, rather than abandoning, moving on and procuring new things from scratch. It documents the process of looms and loom sheds were repaired with minor changes and repairs using locally available materials and weaving as a livelihood activity was re-attempted after a span of eight years. Living in the village and closely working with people, and them in turn, becoming the primary stakeholders and greatest support system.
