Azmaish is a collection of men’s occasion wear, developed for an E-commerce brand called 'Bareek'. The collection is inspired by the history, and the simplicity of Kurta, translated into simple silhouettes. The storyline was developed by researching the men’s clothing in the Mughal period and the colonial period making collection unique. The project also strived to integrate the craft of handwoven cotton silk and block printing with the expertise of master craftsmen to develop a collection which responds to the temperate climate.
